With nearly a decade of experience, Yvie has successfully coordinated IP portfolios spanning 27 jurisdictions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the regional legal landscape and the practical challenges of safeguarding intellectual assets in emerging markets. Her approach combines strategic insight, comparative legal analysis, and an unwavering commitment to efficiency and precision.
Yvie holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, where she specialized in European and international frameworks for IP protection and enforcement.
